tights, pink long sleeve tech, winblock fleece, headband and gloves. took gloves off after a mile. arms got really warm @ 1.5 miles... need vest! wasn't that cold, and by the end of the run i was definitely hot and could have taken off the fleece.
didn't feel like a fast run, felt much slower than sunday's run with chris, but it wasn't.
