interesting adventurous run .. started out solo run from Fleet Feet started out on the ice near/opposite of Lincoln Park. started heading back to FF saw "the turtles" turned around ran with them and we did actually run .. "Run/Walk" thru Lincoln Park. 12:13 12:39 then I met up with ran briefly thru Nashua North with Allison and Pamela Beckwith picked up the pace 10:47 10:19 turned right on Broad Street and ran back solo then headed back towards Lincoln Park again but unfortunately when I got to Hannaford's watch died has NOT been holding a charge lately.. was at 4.79 when it died but I ran back to FF so I know I got in five miles I burned off 716 calories and ran with a cadence of 170
