Core + Legs; good workout in a return to leg day over a month after my knee injury; reduced weight and reps where necessary and tried to avoid straining a recovering knee too much
Strava: "Necessarily decreased weight and reps and some routines had to be removed BECAUSE THERE'S A HOLE IN MY KNEE.
But all things considered the knee is about 80 - 90% in terms of pain and stiffness and as long as I don't accidentally bump the hole, I'm fine"
