Original plan for Core + Arms + Chest, added shoulders because I just love working shoulders; decent workout given the relative immobility of my still-healing knee; ran into Chip and his wife, whom I remember from years ago and is a personal trainer and physical therapist; asked about my knee and told him, he recommended a regimen of hot / cold compresses switched out every 15 minutes a few times a day in addition to everything else I'm doing
