If I'm gonna have to leave for work by 6:50 am M - F and I want to get in a run before work I'm gonna have to get up before the buttcrack of dawn and get it done; treadmill run just to get myself back into the swing of things, maybe after rebuilding confidence I might pull out the headlamp for an outdoors run of some length; this was a good run considering the injury, pushing pace and incline just slightly
