Took a DNS in Carmel Marathon this morning, still feeling very lousy. However, I went running anyway. I had kinda hoped to run 18 but was clearly out of gas at 13, so I ended it.
Have so much recovery work to do from a lousy winter and low mileage and this illness. I'll do well to even finish Illinois in two weeks.
