Miserable condx but a nice run, drizzle notwithstanding. Had to consistently pull back on the pace. Felt very good, even into the wind. Feel quite well recovered from the marathon two weeks ago. 3 weeks till Sunburst and looking forward to adding speedwork for that HM.
