First run since Sunburst Marathon. Felt really, really good. No pain, anywhere...unlike the week after Illinois marathon. Legs a little heavy but not much at all. Ran smooth and comfortably. Sweet. Social too...saw three folks from work, a bunch from Covenant running a soccer clinic...nice to be out.
Came home and moved 6 cu yds of mulch with Gretchen and Matt. Good day.
