Muggy...haven't sweat like this since early fall. The first mosquito of the season buzzed my ear near the bog.
Everything hurt at the start. R knee, L hammy, R ankle. After each walk break, though, it got a little better. By the 4 mile turnaround, it was fine and ran hard the last two miles. Go figure.
