Brooks Adrenaline GTS 14D (#9, Grey)
Stiff early, then loosened up. The 9/1 is a good training sequence to get into for prep. If I can get the legs used to turning over at an 8:45 pace in so doing, I'll be doing well. Nice to run hard, two day in a row with no ill effects.
