Notes
Rare evening run...but had to get blood drawn this morning early.
Haven't run for a week...that is wierd in itself. Felt out of sync for the first 1.5 miles. The wind and cold and wearing of tights contributed, I'm sure.
The run back from Morehouse Road felt better.
No twinges anywhere.
