Notes

7 hours sleep. Race was two hours after breakfast. Good race, accomplished what I wanted to do which was run at least a 7:40 pace (goal pace for River Bank Run). Felt good throughout entire race, hills no problems at all (took it easy going up and pushed it going down). Got to start watching what I eat at night. Binged on chips and dip just before going to bed. GOT TO STOP EATING SO MUCH!!!
