The past month or so, I've always planned on doing my interval workouts on the indoor track so I'd figure out what my per lap paces should be ahead of time since I can't use GPS. Today, I planned on doing the workout outdoors at a HS track I've used in the past, but since school's back in now there was cheerleading practice there so no go. To the indoor track I headed. I did these intervals purely by feel and will be interested to see how they turned out.

I was freaking MISERABLE the entire time. Still congested, plus I was burping my lunch and the few sips of Gatorade I had in the car on the way to the run multiple times on every.single.lap.
