Didn't quite hit my paces - I allowed myself to be affected by the conditions. Summer has finally decided to arrive, I guess! Warm, humid and sticky. Got through the first 2 miles OK, next 2 miles not so much. They were a struggle and I gave in and took walk breaks...very frustrating and defeating feeling. Will fight harder next time.
