Notes

Ran 4x3 min VO2 max intervals on grass fields with 2 min jogging breaks. The combination of the grass and starting out too fast made the last 2 intervals very tough. I also had to make sharp turns because dog owners started using the field when it was initially empty. I need to work on a constant pace, but this should come over time.
