Notes

Great run. Two fast sections, 1 mile and 2.25 miles. Really doubted I could hold a fast pace for the 2.25, but did better than my recent flat race paces. A couple easy miles in there and the last was comfy but quick. Very good workout. Focused on my footstrike since I look like a total retard in the Cranmore pics.
