Notes

First 100% run to the top and a good strong run up the hill to 141. Finished with some serious right calf pain in the area of my old injury. Knee tissues felt tight and inflamed too, wrapping the knee in a tight strained pain. Time for a few days off. This has been over 10 days of running at least every other day.
