these two runs were the same run. at sharon woods. it went 3:03 with shoes, 21:21 around the soccer fields barefoot, then 25:15 with shoes. 90% of this run was on grass or trail. didn't feel great and was pretty tired from lack of sleep i guess. hopefully not feeling great just has to do with having a pretty tough tempo yeturday. i'm gonna go easy the next two days though because i have been feeling tired lately and to make it easier to adapt to doubles.
these shoes are to big which sucks because i can't find size 11 h streets anywhere.
