Took it real easy today but actually felt decent. At sharon woods, a good amount of mileage was on soft surfaces. Went about a mile on the bike trail though and that seemed to bother my achillies a bit. For some reason I feel like I'm going to have a big break through soon. I've been running slow and I know my training has been less than perfect but I still feel like it will catch up to me soon. If everything goes well I'm going to do the Flying Pig 5k on May 3rd. it's pretty hilly but hopefully I can PR.
