Notes

Easy, easy run to shake out legs. Followed with a long stretch session. Next week is a fall back week before I push up the miles again, which is great since we are traveling later in the week. Legs were a little stiff this morning but felt better after pulling the girls up and down the street on their sled. No aches or pains to speak of. Also got Amanda to look over my training plan today and help me make a few adjustments so that I can still get in a couple of the Winter Series runs. I'll be missing the first one since we'll be out of town but plan to use the others for good tempo runs.
