Got to try out my new yoga mat that B bought for me yesterday, love it! Legs were shot today, had hard time holding the single leg balance poses and deep lunges for as long as we usually do. Felt great to do the streching floor poses and we did lots of rotating side planks so shoulders and core got a great workout.
