Notes

This will have to count for my mid-week longer, plan called for 11 but ran out of time. Mostly easy but did mix in some pick-ups throughout the run (need variety to stave off the boredom). Outer hips still tight and PF nagging. Unfortunately, the only thing that is probably going to help the PF is to take several weeks off from running :(. I'm hoping a few days off next week when we head up to the mountains will help.
