FH->Ice Lake
Went to bed expecting snow in the morning and woke up to beautiful sunshine. What a nice surprise! :) Fun run with Mandy, followed by coffee talk. Run ended up being more fartlek than tempo, pushed it when my rt quad would allow and backed off when I needed to.
