Got some good rest last night, which was much needed since we didn't sleep much in Vegas. Looks like I put on about 4 lbs after all the eating/drinking we did this weekend. No worries, nothing a 35+ mile week can't take care of. Nice easy run this morning, with 3 tougher runs coming this week. Felt great to warm up my body and get in a good stretch, feeling stiff after not doing anything for 2 days.
