Treadmill

Notes

Decided to hop on the treadmill for a quick jaunt to see how my legs were feeling. Went for a little over 1 mile, no idea on time since I pushed the 5k program to get started and it kept doing funny things like slowing down to 1 mph after each segment. Anyway, my leg feels better and I think I will be able to start easing back into some regular running.
