Notes

Forced myself to get up this morning after a late night out with the FH ladies - moroccan, yum! Leg was feeling a bit better today so decided to try some short intervals on the treadmill. 1 mi warmup, 5 x .25 @7:19 w/.25 jog recovery, .25 quick cooldown since I was moving over to the elliptical.
