Palmer Lake->Woodmen w/Sonal, Mandy and Monique
Strange weather day, started out sunny, turned cloudy around mile 9 and started snow flurries.
Felt so much better this week, took a gu at miles 6 and 12 and really focused on hydration yesterday. First 4 miles were slow, >11:00 pace due to 4-6 inches of fresh powder on the trail, so overall the pace was right on. Other than the huge porcupine! we came across on the trail, it was a pretty routine long run.
