Plan heading to the gym was to run mile repeats, thought I would be up for it since I took it so easy yesterday. My legs had another plan. Quickly switched to 1/4 mile intervals, when I should have just run easy :(

5x.25 @7:54 w/.05-.1 walking RI
Walked out last .25 miles, when I realized I wasn't going to finish the intervals.
Giving the legs another day of rest, will try something on Wed.
