Not a good tempo day for me. Feeling a bit run down this week, hoping to ward off sickness. Started out with a 1 mi warmup, 1 mi at target pace, stopped to stretch, then did a ladder for the last 4 miles. Was supposed to hold target pace for 5 miles but body just didn't have it today.
