Milford pool. First swim in a while. Felt good at first, but then fatigued about half way through.
warmup: 200 free, 200 pull
main set: 4 x (2 x 50 free on 1:00, 50 kick on 1:30) 50s in 40-43, 100 pull rest, 2 x 100 on 2;00 (1:35, 1:33)
cool down: 100 back, 200 free
