Decided to hold off on the interval session. Ran a very hilly route with Mark instead. Hoping to get some intervals in on Saturday instead.

10-12 x 400m w/ 400m rest
Pace goal: Hit 1:30 for the first 400 and increase no more than 1 second per rep. Hopefully I can knock out 12 reps and still have it feel pretty controlled.
