Notes

An interesting workout. 32x200 broken into 4x(8x200). 30 seconds rest between 200's and 3 mins between sets. We went for 45s most of the time but probably averaged around 42/43's. It was hot but a pretty easy workout, up until the end when we were picking it up a bit. The first fly felt bad, but the second was ok. The last one was weird because it was downhill then uphill. We went out and I was just ahead of Andrew, but I could feel him catching me; then, all of a sudden, with around 100m left, Andrew's breathing went away and he didn't catch me. Apparently, he somehow fell over, but still finished in around 32 seconds. My hammies definitely felt cooked after that workout for a bit though. My legs also didn't feel that great going into it. I will go really chill tomorrow.
