Notes

Shelly Steely workout. It was super tough, but I am happy with how I did. I wasn't sure if I was even going to be able to run sub 2:40, but thankfully Vince encouraged me during the warmup. I could definitely feel it in my legs after the 2nd 800, not even to mention after the 3rd. I wish I could have gone harder during the last 800, but I was worried I would blow up so I was playing it chill. I also had too much during the last 300, because I was able to catch Thomas.
