Chill sophomore boys run. Honestly for the first part of the run I felt horrible. My legs mainly felt the worst. My calves started both swelling on the side and they were cramping. We stopped to stretch out. They loosened up gradually after that. The rest of the run was ok. I am worried for the race now.
