Typical Monday run to Crystal Lake. Stuck near the back group so I wouldn't go too fast. Ended up slowly moving my way up to the front group. At the park, the front group started to pick up the pace, so I hung out the back with William, Quinn, and Leonel. Caught back up to the front at University and Church, and the pace once again picked up. Felt uncomfortable, but not too tired. Gotta stay healthy for the prog run tomorrow.
