Wow, this run was hot. Went down Ridge Road and then Darlington like usual and then went up E Crescent Avenue. Passed by Joe's house and fortunately, Chris and Steven were there, so I asked for water. Joe came out a bit later and had a quick talk with them before I resumed the rest of my run. Had to stop a few times because I was just very exhausted from the heat. Definitely need to hydrate more next time.
