3 x (2 Mile @ 5:40 w/ 3' RJ)
Decent workout. Worked really well with Huan, but I could tell that my legs were having a hard time with this. Never had any breathing problems, but I feel like this workout shouldn't have felt so hard considering I ran 5 miles @ 5:40 only 2 weeks ago. I think just getting solid recovery will really help me feel a lot better and prepared for upcoming workouts.
