2 x 2k @ T w/ 1' R, 2 x 2k @ RP w/ 2'R.

Last workout before Augie. Arb was much drier and weather was great today, so fast times were bound to come. Started off as a huge group with Jared's group as well. Frintner went off with them for the first 2k and then came back with me and Brad for the rest of the workout. Thresholds were faster and very close to race pace intervals from 2 weeks ago. Got off to a very fast start for the first RP interval and for the first time in a long time, I started to feel aerobically tired after just the first rep. Went slightly slower in the second one, hitting exactly what we wanted for the k mark. However, the hill in the second rep absolutely destroyed me. That was also the first time my breathing was extremely erratic going up the hill in a long time. Got it under control after going down the hill. Frintner fell behind, but wasn't too far from us. Finished heavily exhausted, cardio and legs-wise. Despite that, I was happy that I'm finally being able to push myself in a tired state from the get-go. Gotta keep moving forward and gotta keep pushing myself.
