Holy shit what a brutal run. Blizzard warning was effective all day, but there was practice as usual. Knee felt painful, but that was probably from not rolling enough. Foot also hurt as well from tying my shoe too tight. This plus the slush everywhere and the unforgiving wind just made this run devastatingly frustrating. Headed home instead of Armory because I had to get ready for the Wind Symphony Concert tonight. Rolled out for a bit before heading out.
