Easy run at Ridley Creek Park after work. Wanted to get as much time in around the park as possible until it got too dark. I felt really good despite a fast long run and a hard Saturday workout. I went through the 4 mile mark at 30:00, so I was going at a good pace, until I realized that I started 2 minutes away from the 0 mile mark, so I was going much faster than I expected. After getting only 45 minutes at the park, I drove over to LA Fitness where I got some core in and finished the remainder of my run.
