Notes
Long run with William and Somerfield. Met up at the Armory and headed out to Statues. Did more listening than talking the whole time, but that was fine. Had some good conversations about the future of the club. Felt decent, but finished covered in dirt. Mileage was bad this week and I need to get back up again since I'm officially training for the 10k.
Also, I'm pretty sure that's not the time I ran the long run because that's way too fricken fast. It's probably around 1:20, but I'll just record the time on my watch.
