Back at Mahwah just for Sunday and Monday. Got to visit some friends while getting some stuff sorted out. Decided to go back at the Duck Pond for old times sake. Went a lot faster than expected. I notice this happens very frequently after a hard effort/race. Never felt too difficult and I just went along with it. 5 strides afterwards.
