1000m @ 2:45 w/ 7.5' RJ (1600m) + 600m @ 1:39 w/ 3.5' RJ (400), 4 x 200m @ 32" w/ 2' RJ.

Another intense anaerobic workout. Legs were destroyed afterwards. Hit the times that I wanted, but at what cost? (Insert Thanos meme here).

1000 m was definitely the hardest rep to hit. Started out at 63 first lap. Not as bad as 61, but still too fast. Really had to grind through the last 200 to hit 2:45. Felt like this was an all out sprint. The long recovery ended up being necessary and extremely helpful.

600 m felt rough, but 200's felt pretty easy. Managed to speed up every rep to a nice progression. Going to need a painfully slow recovery run tomorrow.
