Notes
Great run today. Knee was only slightly irritating, but beautiful weather more than made up for it. People were saying the pace felt fast, and that's probably due to the weather, but I didn't mind it too much. Strides felt great as well. Starting to feel a lot more confident, but I'm going to stay cautious the next two weeks just to make sure this knee pain doesn't somehow come back.
