Left work early for once, but decided to take a nap than start running right away. Felt pretty smooth the whole time even though I felt slow. Just gotta keep up rolling out and getting good sleep.
So, I can no longer race at the meet I signed up for because of certain reasons, but I managed to sign myself up for another meet on Saturday. Ended up signing up for both 1500 and 5k because why not? I want to see how well I can run a 5k shortly after a 1500.
*Saw the schedule release. There's less than a 2 hour gap between the events and honestly I really don't wanna deal with that, so I'll just stick with the 5k.
