Crash and burn. Will write more later.

Not sure why, but this workout was just brutal. Started off what seemed to be a first easy 800, only because we went out pretty slow. We started to speed things afterwards. I started to feel tired very early in this workout, like i was working too hard just to keep up with the group. I ended up losing contact with the group after the 4th one and I just slowed down big time. Called it quits after 6 because I was absolutely out of it. 300 was quick and painless. I usually do more than the minimum for any workout, but recently I have trouble just reaching the minimum, but it did look like everyone wasn't feeling it today, so it's probably just the high mileage that's wearing me down. I'm going to get a lot of rest on Spring Break and run slowly on easy days to recharge myself.
