I was considering going 8 miles today, but given this week's mileage and the mileage I'll get from the workouts and long run, I have to cut my other runs significantly shorter to avoid going over mileage. As a result of going slower than usual and shorter than usual, this run went very pleasantly. Legs felt great and I was just cruising the whole entire time. Hard to believe how much cutting just 1 mile can do to your run. Strides afterwards and then core.
