Wow, the first run in a while where the temperature was below 55 degrees. Felt great and was even able to run at a faster, yet comfortable pace. Had to deal with some kind of hunger pang halfway through the run and drinking water did not help unfortunately. Ran 5 strides afterwards and then did arms and core at the gym. Pushing the workout to Saturday morning. My goal in these morning workouts is to figure out how to maximize my performance after waking up. I realized that I feel a lot weaker running in the morning, which is why I always ran in the afternoon. I'm going to try different things to see what way my body will respond to best.
