Easy run in Mahwah. IT Band still isn't where I would like it to be. Hill running definitely agitates it though. My best bet is to run mostly on flat ground and then come back to hills every now and then to see where it is at. Still have the intention of running through this injury because taking time off hasn't really made any noticeable improvement. 4 strides afterwards.

I also got new shoes as well as new orthotics. I'm going to try them on tomorrow and see how they feel and if they improve my knee.
