OK workout. Definitely overdid it. Legs felt pretty slow warming up, so I wasn't sure how this workout was going to pan out. Got to a good start on the first rep and felt fine, but definitely worked too hard on the next three. Other than the tight chest pain I had in the third and fourth one, I didn't feel that tired. Upper body wasn't as stiff, but I did finish the workout a little more exhausted than I should be after a workout. However, it was pretty damn hot, so the exhaustion is partially justified. Pretty happy that I can run this well under hot conditions. Maybe EIU won't be so bad this time. Also, because I was very exhausted and that I didn't want to run back to back 10 mile days, I cut my cooldown short a bit. I was just really tired.
